No. You will need to invite your client to create a white-labeled sub-account. Then, they'll be able to utilize the ManyChat integration freely within their own account.

Can I pull leads from other channels using ManyChat?

The ManyChat integration currently only supports Facebook Business pages.

Can you set up the ManyChat integration for me?

It is the client's responsibility to set up their own custom ManyChat chatbot flow and integration. We provide assistance through our free help center, which includes text and video instructions for your convenience.

How do my sales reps get notified about new leads?

You get to set up your own custom notifications. When setting up the integration, you can create SMS and email messages to send to your team. Then, just select the sales reps you wish to assign to your ManyChat leads.

Can I set up multiple ManyChat campaigns?

Yes. Free accounts allow you to create one campaign, just enough to test the software. Pro, Plus, and Premium accounts allow you to create 3, 10, and 25 campaigns respectively.
