First, you'll need to enter your Instapage page ID. You can find this in the page URL. Toward the end of the process, you'll need to copy the provided URL and create a webhook from within your Instapage account. Our free help center contains text and video instructions to help you through it.
All Instapage campaigns must be created through the Inbound app to collect your leads. However, utilizing Deals and Contacts is entirely optional. You can also change your campaign to use these apps later.
Yes. You'll be able to create your own customized SMS and email messages when creating a campaign. You can edit these notifications or turn them off at any time.
Our lead freshness metric describes how recently you received a new lead. A "hot" lead is less than five minutes old and is a prime target when looking to boost your conversions. Likewise, a "cold" lead is active in your dashboard for over an hour. We will automatically track lead freshness for every lead.
No. Any changes to the design or copy on your Instapage must be made within your Instapage account. This integration is for reporting and sales management purposes.
Creating an Instapage campaign allows you to automatically incorporate your new leads into Deals and Contacts. You can instantly add potential customers to your workflow and your CRM. Furthermore, you'll be able to assign each new lead to a sales rep from your DashClicks account.
You get to choose which reps to assign to a campaign at startup. If you select multiple sales reps, you can opt for a round-robin assignment style. This prompts Inbound to assign a new lead to the next rep in line.
The Inbound app breaks down leads from all campaigns by form submissions and phone calls. You can also see a breakdown of leads over a designated period. Finally, you can track campaign performance by selecting specific sales reps on your team. Additional metrics are available if you decide to incorporate your leads into the Deals application.
You can edit the following at any time: sales rep assignments, custom notifications, automatic deal creation, and automatic contact creation. You can also turn a campaign off to prevent new leads from populating your dashboard.
Yes, as long as you are able to provide the page ID and create the webhook. However, we recommend inviting your client to create a sub-account, so that they can benefit from our features including automatic sales rep assignments.
