What does creating a campaign in Inbound do for me?

By creating a new campaign in Inbound with a specific integration, all leads that come from that campaign will be collected in one convenient place. Then, you can automatically assign those leads to specific sales reps on your team without any additional action from you.

What happens if I assign more than one rep to a campaign?

If a campaign has more than one sales rep active, it will assign new leads in a round-robin fashion.

Can I make edits to an existing campaign?

Yes. You can make changes to the campaign name, change your assigned reps, modify your notifications, and choose whether or not you want to automatically add new leads as contacts in your CRM. The actual integration will be untouched.

Does the Inbound app offer any type of reporting?

Yes. The app features a dedicated reporting tab that organizes your leads by form submissions and phone calls.

You can also see a lead breakdown by date and by assigned sales reps. Finally, you can filter your lead data by setting up custom filters by integration type, lead type, and assigned sales reps.

How long does it take for my leads to start appearing in the dashboard?

Successful integrations should start displaying your leads in the dashboard immediately. You can always confirm that the integration is working properly by providing a test lead.

How do I set up my integrations?

Inbound integrations are self-service processes with easy-to-follow instructions. The process varies depending upon the specific integration type.

Can I automate any tasks in Inbound?

Currently, you can automatically assign a new lead from a campaign to your selected sales reps. You can also automate emails or SMS messages to notify those reps that the campaign has a new lead.

Is there a way to keep better track of my incoming leads?

When creating an Inbound campaign, you can choose to automatically add new leads to your Contacts app. This will create a brand-new contact record using their provided information, which you can use within other applications such as Deals, Forms, and more.

What happens if I delete a campaign?

When you delete a campaign, all of the active leads we have in our system will also be deleted. For this reason, you’ll want to consider automatically adding these leads as new contacts or storing the information elsewhere.

You also have the option to simply turn the campaign off, so that you don’t delete your data.

Can I organize my leads in any way?

Yes. The Inbound app allows you to filter leads by lead type, integration type, and assigned sales rep. Most importantly, you can filter leads by how “fresh” they are. Capitalizing on hot leads (leads 15 minutes old or less) is a proven way to get better results from your campaigns.

How can I tell if there’s an error within Inbound or within the original software I’m attempting to integrate?

Because leads should populate immediately, you can test your new campaign by submitting a test lead. For example, if you integrate a ClickFunnels campaign, complete a test submission on your landing page. If you see the lead in our leads management software, the integration is successful. If the lead does not appear, you will need to look into the original software you are using to further troubleshoot the error.
