Absolutely. To create a seamless experience, our deal cards function exactly the same as a contact record. There, you can edit any details, create new custom properties, or add contact associations with a specific deal at any time.
Yes. You can import your deals data through one of two methods: use our import feature to collect data from an existing application, or by uploading a CSV file. You can find a sample template CSV within the deals app when clicking “Import.”
Yes. You can create a custom automation for the following:
- InstaSites builds
- InstaReports builds
Whenever you move a new deal card into a pipeline stage with that automation, the action will automatically be scheduled to take place. You can then check in on any automation by using the Automations Log at any time.
Deal records are nearly identical to a contact record. This means you can store names, website URLs, contact details, file attachments, associated parties, and more.
Deal records, specifically, will also hold deal values, contract types, contract lengths, deal stage, and expected closing dates. If your deal pertains to an InstaSite or InstaReport build, you can easily associate those with the deal record, as well.
Yes. You can easily create new Smart Lists at any time. These are effectively filters that allow you to set your own custom parameters. Any deals that meet these new parameters can be found within that list.

Yes. If you expect to receive payment in a foreign currency, simply choose that currency for the deal. Then, the platform will automatically convert that currency accurately to your account’s default currency.
Yes. Exporting your data is as simple as selecting the pipeline with your desired data and clicking the “Export” button. This will allow you to download a CSV file in seconds.
Yes. The Deals app allows you to track all of your deals as open, won, or lost. These analytics also keep track of the total value of all deals that fall under these categories.
Additionally, you can filter your deal results by deal stages, pipelines, or sales reps. You can also track new periods by setting up a custom range of dates within the calendar widget.
Yes. You can easily add or remove properties within the contact record. The only details you are required to keep are the Deal Name and Deal Stage.
You can also create your own custom properties by naming the new field and selecting an input type. Then, you can organize all of your fields in the order that you prefer.
The Deals app features an Automations Log, which allows you to view every automation that is scheduled to occur within a sales pipeline. This allows you to keep an eye on what you can expect to happen at a specific date and time.
You can also skip automations or reschedule them at any time. Regarding personalization in your automated notifications, you can utilize the fallback feature to prevent errors in messaging.
