Yes! You can create multiple teams and assign members to those respective teams within the Conversations app settings.

Yes! You can set your timezone, office hours, and expected reply time in the Conversations app settings.

Can I change the availability status of my team?

Yes! All dashboard users' statuses can be changed to "Active" or "Away" in the Conversations app settings.

Can I give dashboard users custom permissions for conversations?

Yes! Permissions can be customized for each user giving that user the option to access certain conversations, manage other team members' access, and manage the team's' ability to reassign tickets. All this can be done in the Conversations app settings.

Yes! 2-way email messaging is one of the features in the conversations app!

Is it easy to add the live chat functionality to my site?

This depends on your level of expertise when it comes to web building and your familiarity with your web building platform. It is relatively simple compared to other site customizations and we also have help documentation available in our help center with instructions on how to implement.

Can I upload attachments within live chat?

Yes! The live chat system allows for attachment uploads.

Can I customize the required submission information to start the live chat?

Yes? You can set the required information which includes email address (required by default), name, and phone number in the Conversations app settings.

Can I change which dashboard users will have live chat seats?

Yes! All dashboard users' live chat seats can be toggled "On" or "Off" in the Conversations app settings.

How many users can I have in the app?

This depends on your dashboard plan. If your dashboard plan allows 5 users, as an example, you will be able to add those 5 users to have live chat seats. If you need additional users, you'll need to upgrade your software plan.
