How many contacts can I add to my white label CRM system?

The number of contact records available to you depends upon your platform subscription plan:

Free - 500
Pro - 10,000
Plus - 50,000
Premium - 250,000

Can I import my CRM data?

Yes. You can import your current CRM data through two methods: import your data from an existing CRM using our data transfer feature, or by uploading a CSV file. Then, simply make sure that your values match within the Contacts app, and you’re all set.

You can grab a template CSV file for reference when clicking the “Import” button.

Can I add custom data to a contact record?

Yes. You can easily create new properties for any records by using the Manage Properties menu. Name your field, select an input time, and organize it among the existing fields in any order you prefer.

Can I change my sub-accounts contact record?

Yes, but with limitations. Once a sub-account owner accepts the invite and creates their own account, they have the freedom to personalize their information the way they want. You won’t be able to edit most fields at this time. However, you will still be able to edit:

- Followers
- Business/People Associations
- Deals
- Website
- The Record Owner

Can I organize my CRM in any way?

Yes. The Contacts app features the ability to create Smart Lists. These act as filters in which you can define custom parameters for that list. Any contact records that meet those parameters will fall underneath that list.

You can also add custom tags to any record at any time.

What kind of attachments can I store in a contact record?

You can upload the following file types:

- Images - JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP
- Text - Plain, CSV
- Audio - X-WAV, MPEG, WAV
- Application - MSWord, Zip, PDF

What type of information can I store in a contact record?

The contacts app allows you to incorporate everything you need to know about a person or business. This includes contact details, addresses, website URLs, social handles, and more.

Can I export data from the Contacts app?

Yes. Exporting data from DashClicks' white label CRM app is as easy as selecting a contact list and hitting the export button. This will allow you to download a CSV file in seconds.

Can I use the same contact information for a person and a business?

Yes. We understand that there are situations in which an individual and the business are the same. For this reason, our system supports using the same data for two different types of contact records. With this in mind, you cannot use the same data for two identical person records or two identical business records.

Can I associate my deal information with a contact?

Yes. You can easily associate a deal with a person or business through the contact record or through the deal record. This makes it easy to organize your data regardless of where you are within the platform.

Can I get rid of data I don’t want to view?

Yes. You can easily add or remove columns from your contact records or table at any time. The only fields that you must keep are the person’s name, the business’s name, and the associated email address.

Can each user on my main account customize their own CRM?

Your contacts list is constant regardless of who is accessing the account. However, each user has the ability to customize the contact table view and the contact record view in the way that they prefer.
