Yes. You can completely brand the platform by using your company logo, adjusting the color scheme, and setting up your own custom domain. DashClicks will always remain hidden from your customers.

Does the DashClicks platform offer reporting features?

Yes. Almost every application features a reporting tab, which allows you to analyze daily, weekly, and monthly activity with that specific software or integration. You can also customize your reports to assess specific periods at any time.

Does a sub-account have access to all of the same tools as my main account?

No. Sub-accounts will not have access to any prospecting or white-label tools. This includes InstaSites, InstaReports, and Projects. Mentions of these applications are also removed from other applications to preserve your privacy and protect customer confidence.

Who can benefit from the DashClicks platform?

Previously, we prioritize our focus on supporting agencies. However, our expanded software repertoire can provide powerful benefits to SaaS companies, hosting companies, business coaches, directories, and businesses. Our platform is truly an all-in-one business management solution.

Does DashClicks offer alternative support solutions for sub-account users?

Yes. Our platform features a completely white-labeled version of the same help center used for main accounts. The only difference is that we removed all mention of our white-labeled business management and prospecting tools such as InstaSites, InstaReports, and Projects.

Is there a limit to the number of sub-accounts I can invite to use the platform?

No. You can manage an unlimited number of sub-accounts. Each new sub-account will automatically be placed on the Free tier.

Can I manage features within a sub-account’s dashboard?

No. Each new account belongs to the primary user who received the invitation. They are free to brand their own dashboard as they see fit. You will be able to oversee account activity and manage client projects through your Projects application.

Does DashClicks offer any rewards or affiliate programs for new sign-ups?

Yes. Every new main account will receive a unique affiliate link. We automatically keep track of each new sign-up that occurs as a result of using your link. However, you can only receive a commission if you are on a paid subscription plan and have successfully created a Stripe Connect account in your platform settings. Commission rates begin at 20%.

How do I increase my account limits within certain applications?

Many applications offer increased capabilities and account limits on higher-tier subscription plans. If you find yourself requiring more contact records, pipelines, or InstaSite builds, you can upgrade your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Does the DashClicks platform offer customer or tech support?

You can access in-app chat support at any time through your dashboard to ask questions or receive technical support. Alternatively, you can also utilize our comprehensive help library that’s designed to walk platform users through their software applications.

Do I need to purchase fulfillment services to take advantage of certain integrations or features?

No. When it comes to applications such as Analytics, Inbound, or Projects, you are free to set up your own integrations at any time. If you do purchase a fulfillment service, we would handle that integration on your behalf so long as we have the necessary account information.

This breakdown not only shows the basic account limits but breaks down each application in the platform feature-by-feature.
