After years of running his agency alone, Chad decided to open a local office and hired his first 2 employees.

After seeing some success and ready to scale his operations, Chad moved into his second office and hired 11 employees, which included his first ever sales team.

Over the years, we perfected our fulfillment processes and decided to start offering white-labeled marketing services to other agencies.

After growing our revenue to over 300% in one year, and doubling our team, we decided to move into our third office as we needed a larger space.

As we continued scaling up our white-labeld fulfillment operation, we needed to streamline the process even further and start creating automations. So, we started building our internal software we called “Dash”.

We finished version one of “Dash”, but realized it was more than just an internal tool. So, we decided to re-code many elements of the platform so the agencies all over the world could use it as well.

We launched version one, of what we know today as DashClicks. Within 24 hours we had over 1,000 agencies sign up to the platform.

We realized there was a huge demand for what we were offering, so we shifted our focus completely from being a digital marketing agency, to only working with digital marketing agencies. Our main focus became scaling DashClicks to the best white-label fulfillment software and service hybrid.

We tripled our team and doubled our office size. We took over the office next door to us, broke down the wall and connected the space. This allowed for us to take on much more clients, plus expand our development and fulfillment teams.

We started building DashClicks 2.0 behind the scenes as we knew we wanted to offer our users better software, fulfillment and customer service. What we had was good, but not great.

We went fully international and started recruiting talent from all across the world, instead of just locally. Within 3 months we doubled our team size again and created processes for acquiring talent fast.

DashClicks now has users in almost every country in the world and has expanded it’s team count again. Our main focus became leadership, team building and creating detailed processes in remote environments.
