So we’ve been at this for 10 years. So any advice that I’m giving you guys is stuff that I literally went through. I’ve experienced, I’ve done Oren d I put my personal money into and have tried. Okay? So I want to make sure that if I’m giving you the advice and I’m setting you up for success, okay guys, so we’re going to start with a couple of different things and let’s hit up the whiteboard really quick. I’m talking about mindset because before you guys even get to any of the crazy technical stuff, which you think is technical, it’s really not. It’s gonna be super easy. I’m going to talk to you guys about how to actually set personal goals. Okay? Cause you need to do that. The second thing, we’re going to go over today’s how to actually set proper expectations. The third thing is I’m going to show you guys exactly what to sell for is I’m going to show you guys how to actually sell those things. And then the fifth thing is I’m going to show you how to sell upsells for those things. Okay? Now if you guys use follow this really, really simple five step process, this is pretty much the process that anybody can take to add $10,000 in recurring revenue to their business and their bottom line. Now, if you do the addition, does anybody know what 10,000 times 12 is? Can you drop it in the chat for me? Really quick.
What’s $10,000 times 12, that’s a lot, right? 10,000 Times 12 that’s 120 grand. Okay. Now, how much would 120 grand change your life if you were making that every year? Can you drop a number five in the chat for me really quick? If the 120 k a year would definitely do something to your bank account because that Shit did mine.

Wow. Five. All right, let’s get started guys. The first thing we’re going to talk about is setting a goal. All right, let me drop this bad boy down here. Number one. Get your notepads. People Shit’s about to go down, okay. Number one, setting a goal.
And every time I do a live video, everybody says, Chad, your handwriting sucks. Bowls. so I’m trying to slow down so I can make sure you guys can read what I’m writing. If you guys can see that and you can read it, it’s dropping to three in the chat. Make sure I know we’re on the same page here. I’m trying to get better at the writing. I’m a computer guy. Okay. All right, good. So the first thing that I want you guys to set a goal for is I want you guys to sign up. The goal is 10, and each of those clients, should we be paying you 1000 I wrote it down here. $147 per month.
Very simple. Go. We’re not doing anything tactical here. This is not crazy. This is not rocket science. Okay guys, very simple goal. I want to sign up 10 clients and I want each client to pay me $1,147 per month and most of you guys are like, Chad, why the hell is it $1,147? That’s a really awkward number. It’s going to make sense a little bit later down the road. Okay. Now most of you guys, and I think the issue and we can go front facing here real quick. I think the main issue, and I went live on Rob Quinn’s, a Facebook page the other day. Shout out to Rob Quinn for having me. If you guys saw that the live video, can you drop a number 87 in the chat? So what I really talked about inside of that live video was agencies nowadays they’re not setting their expectations for themselves properly. And I’ll tell you what I mean, they’re thinking about bulk. They’re thinking about how can I sign up 400 clients in a matter of 48 hours? Okay. The issue with that is if you’re not being,
If you’re not setting proper expectations with yourself and you’re aligning to yourself, then you’re setting yourself up for failure, okay? And that’s the number one reason why most agencies fail. It’s the number one reason why most agency owners get their mindset screwed up and think that whatever they’re trying to do can’t be done. Okay? So what we’re going to do is you need to change the way that you think you need to change the way that your mind operates, okay? You need to set realistic goals and realistic expectations. Now, what I drew out on this board, 10 new clients paying $1,147 I’m not saying that we’re going to do this today, okay? But as long as we have a goal, and as long as we’re all on the same page and in your mind, you know that that’s the goal that you want to hit.
That’s the KPI. That’s a target. That’s the bullet at gotta. Get to that goal. As long as you’d go out and you hustle and you let nothing stop you to hit this goal, I guarantee you can hit this goal because I hit this goal and then I 10 x that go and then I 10 x that goal even more than I 10 x that I’m probably at like 400 x right now. Grant Cardone got shit on me right now. I’m just saying I’m just kidding. All right guys. So the first thing, very simple. 10 clients paying me $1,147 per month, okay? Not Brain surgery. We’ll leave that right up here, let’s get a new one of these bad boys up.
Number two, Setting proper expectations.
Setting proper expectations, okay, and now you guys see me looking down. I got a lot of shit on here. I, this was one that I didn’t want to wing. I want to spit fire for you guys, so I get it all down here on the paper, okay guys, I want you guys and you’re talking when I’m talking about setting proper expectations, I’m not talking about setting proper expectations to your client. I’m talking about setting proper expectations to yourself, okay? Because if, once again, if you guys, if your expectations is to go out tomorrow and sign up these 10 clients and become a millionaire overnight, you should just jump off this slide. This slide is not for you the case, unfortunately, I don’t care who you are. The world doesn’t work that way, okay? So what I want you guys to do, the first thing that you really need to focus on numero uno. Give Yourself, three months to hit this goal, the first thing that you need to do is give yourself three months
To hit this goal, okay? Three months. Now, most of you guys like chat. That’s a long time. Yeah,
But most of you guys might be working in nine to five right now, not even making a 10th of this, okay? So you really need to dedicate that. This is not a long time, okay? You are starting a business. You are becoming an owner of an agency. You need to give yourself time to be successful. Success only comes with time. That shit doesn’t magically appear under your pillow like the tooth fairy. Okay? You need to give yourself time, okay? That’s number one. Okay? Number two, you need to dedicate time, okay? You should be working on this from nine to five every day, at least Monday through Friday, five days a week.
That’s the second thing. You need to dedicate time to this guys. The shit is not going to fall on your lap. You need to dedicate time to do all this work, okay? So in your mind, if you guys were on the same page as me giving yourself three months, if you have three months to dedicate to this project right here, and you can work from nine to five at least every day, or if not at least Monday through Friday would just 40 hours a week. It’s a full time job to start a business, guys. Okay? And for those of you guys who may be, you know, maybe you guys have a job or you’re working out at five and you’re working port time, try to set your hours so you can at least work 30 to 40 hours a week and preferably during business hours so you can reach people or else it’s not going to work. If you’re getting off at five o’clock and then you’re jumping out at home and you try to do this after, I was going to be really difficult, okay? So give yourself at least three months, set up at least 30 to 40 hours a week. Make it a full time job for yourself, okay guys, it’s very important that you do that. You need to dedicate time to this, okay? Has to be done.
One, two, Bam. See what I did there. One, two, super simple.
These are the expectations that you are going to need to set to yourself if you want to achieve your goal. So we got through number one, when you’re setting your goal, number two, setting expectations for yourself to make sure you’re not setting yourself up for failure. Okay? What’s to sell? All right. This is where we get into the fun stuff. Okay guys, now you got your mindset. Good. Now you got to figure out what, what the hell am I going to sell? Okay, there’s going to be multiple products and I’m going to list right here and I think I got about four of them on the list. Yup. For Mom on the list. Now for those of you guys who are in digital marketing, you’re probably like, Holy Shit. A lot of this stuff is really hard to sell. Well, in reality, the only reason why it’s hard to sell is because you make it so confusing. So what you should do, especially if you’re trying to hit your first time, Cain revenue is sell the shit that’s not confusing. So the easy stuff, the stuff that is not, you don’t need rocket science to actually go and like create algorithms to do all this crazy stuff.
So Shit, the TZ just be good salesperson. Okay? If you’re a good salesperson, you can start an agency and blow up. Okay, all you need is just sales, okay. Especially with dashboards, you don’t even need to fulfill the orders. You just need to sell and drop it in. Okay guys. So the first thing that you should focus on, okay? Number one is you should focus on entry level products. Okay? Now Dash Clicks I think offers like eight different PR services, which we always would call products. But take like the four easiest ones, which I’m gonna show you guys right now. Go out there and sell those. Those are something you can sell like hotcakes, like really, really simple fast sales, low entry products to get people get their foot in the door. Okay. And everything I do in everything that I preach is all about the value ladder by getting somebody in at a small rate building that trust building, they’re pouring, flying up the value ladder. Okay, so if you, if you want to go out there and you want to start up at the top of the mountain, what’s going to happen is you’re going to fall down the mount, you’re going to work your way down versus starting at the bottom of the mountain and crawling your way up. Now this is going to take time. Like I said, you need to set at least three months and you need to be full time doing this. Okay guys, here we go. First one website and I’ll tell you guys why website is the most stickiest product. Okay? So if you’re a service phase, you’re finished SAS based business. There’s a term that’s called sticky means. It’s a sticky product and something that people sign up to and they very rarely cancel that service. Now if you think about the psychology, a website and signing somebody up for a website is probably one of the easiest things that you can do. Okay? And Dash Clicks has made it even easier for you. You can use sites to go out there, build these people websites before they even buy it from you. When they buy it from you, you click a button to purchase it in dash clicks and then you point the domain name over and you’re done. You don’t need to build a website, you don’t need to do anything. You just need to be a good salesperson and explain to the person why they need a website. Now, how hard is it to explain to somebody about why in 2019 that they need a nice website? Oh, t o, let’s say set up, whatever. I’ll just call it Oto, which is one time offer, but this is actually set up, so actually let me take that out set up and then 49 bucks a month.
That’s it. Use insights, sell them a website. Now who in the world is going to turn down a website that’s $199 and $49 a month? It includes hosting their SSL certificate, access to the dashboard, like everything is rolled up in there and makes life super simple, okay? Super Simple, okay, so stop focusing on selling Facebook ads and Google ads if you’re not even there yet, okay? And I’m going to tell you why that shit is hard to sell, okay? Because if somebody coming in to buy Facebook ads from you, they need to at least pay you $1,000 a month in service fees, then spend at least another 500 bucks a month in ad spend. That means every month you need to literally go into their pocket and make them pay $1,500 so that transactional sale is much harder than selling somebody a website. That’s it. You guys see what I’m saying here? Website 199 bucks. Set up fee one time. Charge them 49 bucks a month. Most of you guys like Chad, what the hell? Like I’m not going to be, I’m not going to make $10,000 a month. I gotta sell a shit ton of websites at $49 guys, use the website product and use insights as a way to get in. That is a way build clients. I keep saying this, use in society to go out and just get clients. The reason why most of you guys are on this Webinar is probably because you have no clients and if you’re sitting there in the room and you’re touching your tenure, like damn, this motherfucker’s right. It’s true. Most of you guys are struggling so much to go out and get clients because you’re trying to sell these campaigns for like five grand a month and you’re making it so complex when he can just be selling a shit ton of websites for 109 hundred bucks, one time set of fee, $49 the easiest sale in the world. You can sell it and show them the product before they even buy it, okay? It’s so easy. Do this first. I promise you guys, this is our strategy. This is what I do. Sell them a website first, okay guys, then the next thing that you should be selling is listings manager, listings manager. Sell a 499 bucks a month,
Hundred 99 bucks a month. It’s not a crazy jump. It’s not something that will turn people away and make them scared to work with you. It’s a very easy, just jump right up. Okay, so value ladder approach, guys, it’s super simple. I sell you something. One 99 $49 a month. Then I sell you listings manager. It’s the perfect add on product, okay? Because you can literally sell them the website and then you sell them 70 plus directories where they get listed in, which sends people to the website. Think about how easy that is. Start generating traffic to go to the website. Start generating some phone calls and some leads for them. Okay? Listings manager, hundred and $99 what’s that phone call like? Hey, I’m gonna put you in 70 listings. You want it? Great. 199 bucks a month. That’s it. It’s not. It’s not rocket scientist. I don’t need to check if you have any pixels. I don’t have to check to do keyword research and find out how many keywords a and your cost per click and your acquisition. Like guys, it’s a no brainer, okay? It’s a no brainer. Next, social media posting, three 99 a month. Three 99 a month.
Is it brain surgery to sell somebody to post on their freaking social media channels? Do you need once again to go out and check their pixels? Do you need to look at the code of their website? Right? Do you need to like consult with 400 other people on how to post on their social media channels? Okay guys, if you sell easy ship first, then you can unload on the harder stuff, but you do not sell the hardest stuff up front. Solve their immediate needs and the simple problems. Okay? Website one 99 set up $49 a month. Listings manager, one 99 a month. Social media posting three 99 a month. Next, and this is starting to get a little bit harder. You see how each one of these gets a little bit harder to sell. Okay? As value ladder approach. Yes, so we the value that our works.
Okay? Next one is SEO. Everybody and their mother wants SEO. Everybody right now it’s like Facebook ads is so hot. I’m going to sell Facebook ads. I’m going to get Facebook ads going. I’m going to start my social media marketing agency and I’m going to call it social media marketing agency and it’s going to be crazy. Stop it guys. Stop it. Sell Easy Shit. Everybody knows what SEO is. SEO has been around for years is to get somebody ranked on the website. Yes, it’s a harder sale, but you can sell it and it’s not $1,500 out of that person’s pocket. Once again guys, okay? You guys understand what’s going on here. Now you can sell SEO for six 99 per month. It’s not breaking the bank. Every business can afford this. Okay? Every business can afford this. Sell the easy shit. Okay guys, please sell the easy shit. Okay, so I’m going to leave this up. Then what you do is, okay,

So now you go to Google maps, right? We went to Google maps, so we did our thing here, went to Google maps, we did our thing. We made some cold calls, right? We started making some calls. We, we went to the map to the Google. We started making some calls. We said, our goal is we need to make 100 calls per day. 100 per day. I’m going to repeat this 100 per day, 100 phone calls per day. Okay? Then you’re going to go out and you’re going to send them websites, make a hundred calls per day. If you speak to 30 people, Great. Maybe five or 10 people will say, Hey, yeah, send me the website link. You will use insights to send five or 10 websites per day to people and then what you will do is you will go to your CRM, you can use pipe drive, pipe drive is great. Okay, go to pipe drive. It’s like 12 bucks a month. Take that information of that lead, put it into the CRM system and apply a task for you to follow back up with him in one to two days. Usually I like to do 24 hours, so I would’ve followed up with that guy tomorrow, but I’m probably not going to call leave regardless. Doesn’t matter. Okay, so think about that simple process. Go to Google, make a bunch of phone calls, send a bunch of people in society, put them into the CRM system.
You guys are on the same page. Most of you guys were like, oh my God, it’s so difficult and how do I do this? This is getting crazy. Was that difficult? How much people that I call, I call five people. One person answered the first one said, sure. Some of you guys like, well, he’s already got a website. It doesn’t matter guys, because we can create them. Another website that he can have, which you can brain something else just to use to generate leads. Okay. It doesn’t matter. It’s all, it’s your foot in the door. It’s your foot in the door. I repeat foot in door and every person you call, somebody might have a website, somebody might not a website. There’s rebuttals for everything, but guess what guys? I didn’t give up on that call. Okay. He told me, Hey, I’m already happy with my website. We got one thanks for your time. And I said, no, that’s okay. I’ll rebuild the website. I just want to send it to you and maybe you can use it. Maybe it’s a landing page or to generate leads, do SEO or something like that and that’s it. The website’s already built. I just want to send it to you. Rebuttal, rebuttal, rebuttal, rebuttal. There is a rebuttal for everything. Okay guys? Rebuttal for everything. Okay, awesome. Then you put them into the CRM system. Okay, and here’s what you do.
Follow up daily. You follow up with that guy every single day, every single day until he literally says, I’m not interested. Thank you. You keep following up. You keep calling, okay? Now, I guarantee you, if you do this, make a hundred phone calls a day, five days a week, Monday through Friday, 500 phone calls, okay? If you dial 500 and you will, you’re going back to step one here. Make a goal. If you’re just going to randomly say, Oh, I’m going to do this and make you make five phone calls and you make four phone calls the next day and then the next thing you make a hundred and the next day, make three. No. Okay? You make a hundred phone calls every single day when you hit the hundred mark, if you want to go in harder, you can go harder, but you make it a minimum of 100 phone calls a day. You can make a hundred phone calls within a couple of hours, okay? But you have to do it every single day like clockwork every single day. That’s your goal. Your goal is to make 100 phone calls a day. Is everybody on the same page but 100 in the chat? 100 in the chat.

And our goal, let’s add it in here actually. And our goal is in order to do that in order to do that, we’re going to make 100 calls per day, and you follow the same approach that I just did. I just did a live fricking cold call for you guys. Okay? I didn’t have to do that. I did it because I wanted you guys to see how simple it is. I doubted like four numbers and I think it was a fourth guy that answered the phone. Very simple.
What lead software do you use? CRM CRM is called pipe drive. Pipe drive. One word. Just go to Google type in pipe drive. It’s like 10 or 12 bucks a month. I use it. It’s awesome.
So number one is setting a goal, okay? We want to get 10 new clients at $1,147 per month. Want to make a hundred calls per day in order to do that. The second is setting proper expectations for yourself. You need to give yourself at least three months to do this every single day, at least for five days a week from nine to five. That’s 40 hours a week of just doing this cold calling all day, 40 hours a week. Number three, what to sell, what to sell. The first thing we sell is a website, 199 bucks, $49 a hundred $900 setup fee, $49 a month. Then we sell them listings. Manager one 99 then we sell them social media posting 3 million and we sell them SEO for six 99 how to sell it. Super simple. You go to Google search search, one of the, I dunno, eight industries that we have in freaking insights. Okay. Since you’re going, if you’re going to go that route, go to Google maps, search that industry like I just did. Start dialing dear little pitch like I just did. You can steal mine if you’d like. Get that lead. Build them an insight. Put them into the CRM system. Pipe drive. Schedule the call for tomorrow and you’re going to follow up with that person every single day. Every single day. Now we’re going to go to number five and what I’m going to do here is I’m just gonna open this screen up and this is going to be on number five. Okay? Then you are going to wait 30 days after that. You don’t let that sink in a little bit. You don’t want to be a selfish pig. You’re saying, hey, you’re in our listings program. You’re paying one 99 for just a difference of 500 bucks. We could be doing SEO on your website. We can be adding content to your bhags to add more value to that. Okay, so we are going to take them out of listings manager because included in SEO and we’re going to be adding that right here and I went six 99 plus six 47 that’s 1147 does that make sense? Now guys, so you sell them a website. First hundred and $99 setup fee, $49 a month. You wait seven days, you upsell them to listings manager. Now we all know we are not magicians. Not everybody will take your offers along the way. We also know that some people very rarely will jump from the website and they’ll go bam, straight to SEO. They’ll just buy the whole shit it can. If you’re good enough at doing that, sell the whole damn package, but it’s a lot easier to get your foot in the door. Okay, so it’s a numbers game. Everything about business is all about numbers. Say, see if your numbers are right and you set expectations properly. Do every single freaking day, every day. Now what happens is in your sales systems and your CRM pipe drive, you put them into the CRM. That guy, I would’ve put into my CRM, I would’ve called my Monday. Hopefully I would’ve sold them a website. You’re not going to sell 100% negative 100% closing rate, which is why it’s a numbers game.
You gotta keep doing this shit every single day. You gotta keep doing it every day. Okay? Put them in pipe drive. Let’s say I sold them on Monday. I would set another task for myself in seven days from that day to try to upsell him on listings manager and I would have left notes on the conversation. Okay. And usually what I like to do is when I go on with the upsells, I don’t go within as a sales call, I go on as a customer service call. So I call him back in seven days and I say, Hey Chad from social agency and I see that you just recently purchased our website seven days ago and I have a task in here in the system to call you to see how you’re enjoying your website and if everything is working perfectly for you, just a little friendly call just to see how everything’s going or if I can help you out with anything.
Okay. Get your foot in the door again, slide in, ease in lightly. Okay. Then what happens is during some time in that phone call, you’ll know where the right time and you say, Hey, we’ve got a promo running by the way. I know that you’ve got a website but we can get like traffic to the website. We can start getting you generating new leads and we’ve got a promo running today to $199, puts you into about 70 different directories. Also once you have that, it activates in the dashboard too. You know that dashboard they’re using to edit your website. Yeah. It’ll all be in there and that’ll really start accelerating stuff for you. If you can do that, you will add $10,000 a month in recurring revenue to your agency.
Okay guys. Now after that, 30 days from that day, so you don’t seem like a savage with all these promos, you hit them again with another promo, six 99 to do SEO, but you don’t even go at it. You’d go at it as an upgrade. If they’re enlisting his manage, say, hey, you see your listings, we just created a new package or come, we create a new package and it’s on promotion.
