So Shannique asked, what’s the best way to find real estate clients for your agency?
So the approach that we have taken is real estate agents are probably one of the easiest people to sell to because there are so many of them and they all need help, right? So one of the easiest ways that you can do, and some of the approaches that you can take is you can even go on companies like Zillow or realtor.com and actually look at all of the realtors that are listed on actual properties. That’s the first thing that you can do. The next thing that you can do is just as easy as doing a Google or Yelp search. If you’re doing a Google search, look in the Google business listings, you’ll see a list of realtors, just type in realtor in, and then your city name and you’ll see all the local realtors.
And the same thing for Yelp. Go in there, do that type in realtor in and your sitting name and you’ll see all the local realtors. The approach that you want to take is, in my opinion, I would just do a cold call, or I would even use our tool in society where we can actually go out and you can build a realtor, a website with literally within a couple of seconds and use that as your foot in the door and your prospecting method, and then work your way up the value ladder to sell them other services later on down the road. But that’s how you, it’s a great way to build a client base.
